Still Life of Flowers and Fruit

2001, acrylic on canvas, 20 x 16 inches

I can confidently say that this work reflects my personal style. I wasn’t trying to emulate any other artists’ style while doing it. I just sat down one day and painted it. The influence of color is obvious and the brushwork “impatient”. I see a leaning toward an impressionistic style with enough realism blended in that it doesn’t quite pass over that threshold. So, I don’t know what style you would call this, but I call it my own.
